General Sales conditions
Un-opened products, in NEW/UNUSED condition, may be returned within 14 days, however the customer must pay for return shipping. A return label can be provided to assist returning the fridge if necessary and the full cost of the return shipping deducted from the refunded amount.
Used or misused products may not be returned for refunds and may be returned for repair only. Customers will be charged for return shipping and damages caused by users' ability or inability to use product according to instructions.
Defective product may be returned for repair (or replacement, at the sole discretion of Indel B North America), within the warranty period. Customer must pay return shipping and Indel B North America (hereafter referred to as IBNA) will return the item freight prepaid if a warrantable condition is found.
NOTE: Shipping damages are the responsibility of the shipping company and must be noted within 24 hours in order to file a claim. Shipping damage claims do not constitute warranty and the time to file is extremely limited for them to be honored. In the unlikely event of experiencing a shipping damage claim, note any box damages on the driver's delivery receipt unless the product is visibly damaged in which case, we recommend refusing delivery. Please contact us immediately so that we may initiate a freight damage claim.
Indel B North America, warrants all built-in and portable model refrigerators to be free of defects in material and workmanship under design usage and service conditions for (2) Two year on parts and labor from the original date of purchase on built-in models and (1) One year on portable refrigerator models. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the warranty period. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure of the item or the vehicle and/or enclosure into which it was installed due to improper installation, assembly, maintenance, abuse, neglect, accident, or use of part(s) not supplied by IBNA.
Parts: Coverage for warrantable parts, at the discretion of IBNA, will be made to the claimant in the form of repair, replacement or credit.
Labor: All labor costs associated with the repair of a fridge at the IBNA service facility will be covered by IBNA. Any fridge and/or parts which are returned as defective, but which are found to meet the factory specifications, shall be subject to a diagnostic testing charge and customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
The warranties set forth herein are the sole warranties made by IBNA in regard to the fridge. IBNA makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Restocking charge will be 5% on unopened orders to cover processing and card issuers charges.
Restocking charge is a minimum of 10% on opened units to cover processing, card issuers charges, inspection and repackaging.
Refund is price charged on original invoice less restocking fee and shipping.
Items covered under this warranty
All fridge models including condenser, compressor, electrical components, trim and plastic parts.
IBNA supplied accessories.
Items not covered under this warranty
- Any fridge no longer within the warranty period.
- Installation errors or failure arising as the consequence of installation errors.
- Any progressive damage to the vehicle arising out of the failure of the fridge.
- Any fridge which has been modified or where there has been use of a non-standard part not approved by IBNA.
- Any fridge that has been abused or damaged.
- Diagnosis or repairs when caused by problems not directly related to the fridge or due to power related problems.
- Fridge performance, run-times or duty cycles.
Owner is responsible for the cost of all repairs made to the equipment in which the fridge is installed. Owner is responsible for all accommodations, meals, “down-time” expenses, business costs and losses and incidental costs incurred by the Owner as a result of a warrantable failure.
INDEL B NORTH AMERICA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Authorization is required before any fridge can be returned for service and/or replacement. Proof of purchase is required. Please call (502) 863-0373 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Ensure that the RMA number is clearly indicated on the return package.
