Where can I buy?

• For the moment the online shop is available only for customers in the continental US.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

• You can pay with credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover. We also offer the Shop Pay option.

When is it going to be debited my credit card?

• When you buy the product we block the amount on your credit card, we then debit it the day of shipment.

Shipment

How long does it take to receive the product purchased?

• Usually, we prepare boxes for shipping in a couple of days. It then depends on the logistic carrier; usually it takes between 3/5 days to receive the goods. We will send you an email with the tracking information once the shipment is created.

How much are the shipping costs?

• Shipping costs are based on the item ordered.

Product Return

Can I return the product?

• Yes, you have 14 days from the receipt of the goods to return it. Before shipping back the goods we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to infous@indelb.com for a return authorization number. We remind you will have to pay for shipment. 5% restocking fee may apply.
